Day-to-day, bookkeepers are responsible for monitoring the financial health and stability of an organization, so learners who consider themselves detail-oriented and good with numbers may be especially well-suited for a bookkeeping career. The new certificate has no prerequisites and is designed to help anyone launch a bookkeeping career-from recent grads seeking their first job to retirees looking for a part-time gig.
